Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, it can be very deep much like the state you experience just before you fall asleep at night time or lighter, such as when you travel on a familiar journey and slip into “auto pilot” such that you might have even forgotten elements of the journey once you reach your destination. Hypnosis is safe for children because it is a relaxed state that they already utilise when learning, watching television or doing something creative.

NLP4Kids practitioners run workshops for children aged from 7 years to teach them the effective techniques of NLP4Kids. Our 4 hour workshops are held on a weekend or during the school holidays. We have up to 12 hours of workshop content (or 3 different 4 hour workshops) that we teach to groups of 6-15 children. These workshops help children develop skills that will help them overcome a variety of issues. We aim to get groups of similar age ranges and groups or sibling may receive a discount when booking together.
