Prior to becoming an NLP Master Practitioner and writer, I worked in Market Research testing children’s TV shows out in focus groups with kids – well someone’s got to do it!

I use many of the same skills I learnt as Market Researcher in my NLP work such as; Listening and understanding what children mean, reading their body language and encouraging them to tell me their thoughts and feelings.

When my own children were young I ran a Montessori Nursery School for 7 years and like NLP, Montessori is about the children doing the learning through play and experience rather than the teacher doing all the work.

My own four children are aged 10-22yrs so I have been parenting for a long time! I love working with children using NLP because the tools and techniques are just so child friendly. They are quick and easy to explain, fun and insightful to implement and very effective.
