The documents below are required to be completed by schools wishing to apply for funding for an NLP4Kids practitioner.

Upon download of these forms, your funded place is reserved but not guaranteed. Please complete the following 3 steps:

1) You must now complete in full and send back to us, the application form and contract.

We will do our best to guide you and advise you in order to help you meet the criteria required by the funders. If your funding is successful, the invoice you receive will relate to the services carried out by our practitioners, which may vary from the prices stated in our education brochure, depending upon how the service is proposed to be implemented. Our practitioners pay commissions and licence fees to us under the terms of their contracts which enables us to avoid charging you any additional costs for the advice and guidance we give you.

2) As you will see the documents require the applicants (your head teacher and one other member of staff) to provide personal contact information. This a requirement of the funding providers who will perform a fraud check to ensure they are giving the money to a UK citizen who is on the electoral register. If you are unwilling or unable to give these details, please tell us as soon as possible so that we can release your reservation to another school. Unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your application in this instance. The funding sources we us and NLP4Kids adhere to strict data protection procedures and are registered with the ICO, meaning that your contact details are safe with us.

3) You must return your documents to us by the date specified in your email and letter. Failure to adhere to this date will result in your reserved space being released to another school. There are only 5 spaces available in your geographic area at any one time and we cannot extend beyond the deadline unless you communicate that you need for us to do so.

4) Once your funds have been received we will send you an invoice with a copy of a contract which relates to the delivery of service. You can see a copy of that here: Contract for delivery of service.

If you fail to return this contract you will still be bound by it’s terms.
