What makes someone reliable, trustworthy, someone you can depend on? Maybe it has something to do with believing their word and knowing that they will stick to their commitments.

Sometimes we can be pulled in a hundred different directions with the opportunities that are presented to us. Some of the new opportunities that come along might look better than the plans we already had in place. But could there be value in not always taking the new shiny option and instead, sticking to the commitments you already made?
