How to Stop Hatin’: Children and Young People

Whilst I can’t teach you how to become best buddies, I have got some helpful tactic to reduce the amount of tension between you and prevent the bickering that causes so much disruption. 

Often we accidentally slip into feeling resentment and bad feelings toward people when in fact, the person isn’t really the problem – their behaviour is. 

When we begin to separate what people do from who they are it gets a little easier to tolerate them and most importantly, means that we’re not feeling strong negative emotions such as anger and hatred quite so much. It’s a good idea to feel those sorts of feeling as little as possible because they can cause us to see everything in a bad way and can even affect our health.
