Getting Annoyed (and how to avoid it) – Children and Young People
Feelings of annoyance can really zap your energy and positivity. Worst of all, it’s a massive waste of time to feel that way!
In this video I share with you 3 tips for overcoming the feelings of being annoyed, The most important, in my opinion, is that the judgements you make about others (that end up frustrating or annoying you) are based on their thoughts, behaviours and actions that were probably never any of your business anyway!
Being annoyed changes very little. So if there is something that needs changing (and it’s affecting you) then go ahead and change it. Otherwise, put your time, energy and thinking into better things and remember that you do have a choice over your emotions.
