In this video, I’m sharing a strategy that we use at NLP4Kids to get young people to feel empowered to take more responsibility.

It’s extremely simple but all of the steps are important to do to ensure it works effectively. 

The key thing to remember is that if you know a young person who needs to take more responsibility, you need to communicate this in a responsible way. If you want them to take things seriously, you need to communicate in a serious way. 

Remember, that negotiation is important up to a point. But if you want to avoid them hijacking the terms, you need to be prepared.
