The very first thing you need to do if you want to begin enjoying healthier foods is to change your attitude about it. Begin with getting curious and creative, whilst knowing that you’re probably still not going to like it, at least not the first time around – and that is ok. But what you will need to do is keep going!
It’s far easier to change your food habits as a child than it is in adulthood because a child’s brain is able to easily ‘rewire’ meaning that you can change your mind (literally!) about the foods you do and do not like.
