From Kent to Kuwait – The Strange Places NLP4Kids Has Taken Me

You expect to end up in a school hall.
You don’t expect to end up in a palace.

But over the years, that’s exactly the contrast I’ve experienced – all thanks to NLP4Kids.

The Coaching Franchise That’s Quietly Gone Global

This all started on the 1st of June 2025. I found myself reflecting on some of the truly bizarre, beautiful, and bold places this work has taken me.

Sure, there have been the usual requests – schools in Kent, Bristol, Manchester and Lincoln, often crying out for a practitioner. When we didn’t have someone local, I’d pack a bag and step in. Whole weeks away, sleeping in hotel rooms, showing up for the children who needed us the most.

My cat, Hindsight, was not impressed. 🐈‍⬛

But beyond the UK, there have been unexpected invitations that reshaped how I see this work. In Malaysia, I supported a personal development conference for adults – but my job was to create the NLP4Kids version for their children. It was like running the most purposeful crèche in the world.

“They were the children of millionaires and billionaires – and we were doing anchoring games and timeline therapy in the hotel ballroom.”

Then came Kuwait. Twice I travelled there to deliver the entire NLP4Kids syllabus to 280 children – in just a few days. These were not average classroom experiences. The cultural shift alone was like stepping onto a different planet. And yet, their core needs? The same. Structure. Confidence. Emotional tools. The human mind doesn’t care how rich your dad is.

Travelling through countries I’d never thought I’d see – Malaysia, Kuwait, and later a flying visit to Delhi – gave me something that I now pass on to our coaching franchise team: NLP4Kids isn’t just localised support. It’s global transformation.

The Coaching Franchise That Lets You Choose Your Scale

Last year I was approached to deliver a full month of NLP4Kids sessions for a high-profile family in Saudi Arabia. While I couldn’t take the work personally, one of our lucky practitioners did. They boarded a plane and made a real difference to that family.

We’ve broadcasted NLP4Kids content to children in Spain, Romania, Australia, Hong Kong, India, and France. NLP4Kids India formally launched last year – and I flew out for a franchise exhibition in Delhi to support the rollout. That seed has grown into our first practitioner cohort there, and the work is just getting started. 🌍✈️

“Yes, you can run this coaching franchise from your back bedroom. But if you want to fly halfway across the world and teach it in a palace – you can do that too.”

What Makes NLP4Kids Practitioners So Valuable?

It’s not just that we train well. It’s not just that our strategies work. It’s that we give our practitioners real freedom of scope.

Whether you want to work locally with schools in crisis or internationally with families at the top of society, this coaching franchise supports both.

And while I’ve seen luxury hotel ballrooms and big-city expo halls, what sticks with me most is this: the fundamentals don’t change. Wherever you are in the world, children need better tools for navigating life. Confidence. Communication. Control. NLP gives them that.

It’s why I still get on the plane when needed. And it’s why this coaching franchise continues to grow, one practitioner at a time.

Where will it take you?
