The Benefits of Scheduling: Children and Young People

Particularly when young people begin to juggle their time between revision, exams, a more active social life and perhaps even a part-time job, they can become overwhelmed with the sheer weight of information they need to retain. Whilst having a schedule may feel too rigid for some and perhaps reminds them of the structure they follow int their academic lives, in this video I’ll show you how to make scheduling something that can aid a peaceful mind and even offer some therapeutic benefits.
